What’s your return policy? Can I return my fashion faux pas?

Absolutely! We know that sometimes a piece might not vibe with your style, and that’s totally cool. You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return any unworn items with tags still attached. How long will it take for my fabulous finds to arrive?

Once you place your order, we’ll pack it up and send it on its way within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). You can expect your stylish goodies to arrive at your doorstep in about 4-6 business days (Monday to Friday). And guess what? Shipping is always free—because we believe in treating our customers like royalty!

What if I received the wrong item or it’s damaged?

Oh no! If you’ve received something that’s not quite right, don’t panic! Just snap a photo of the item and shoot us an email. We’ll sort it out quicker than you can say “fashion emergency!”

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
