Handling Time

We’ll get your order packed and ready within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Then, it’s on its way to you!

You can expect your fashion favourites to arrive in 4-6 business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Location and Costs

We ship solely to Australia and we don't charge any shipping costs, shipping is always free with us!

Order Tracking

Once we ship your order, you'll receive an order shipping confirmation email with tracking details and your tracking number. You can track your oder via our tracking page.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something arrives not quite right (damaged or incorrect), we’ve got you covered! Just snap a photo of the item and email it to support@emeliafashionstore.com, and we’ll sort it out for you ASAP.

Order Delays

We do everything we can to get your order to you on time, but if there’s a delay, don’t stress—we’ll keep you updated via email every step of the way.

Order Cancellations
