Order Cutoff Time
Place your order before 12:00 pm AEST, and we’ll start processing it that same day! Any orders placed after this time will be handled the next business day.

Processing Time
We’ll get your order packed and ready within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Then, it’s on its way to you!

Delivery Time
You can expect your fashion favourites to arrive in 4-6 business days (Monday to Friday). And guess what? Shipping is always free—because why not treat yourself?

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If something arrives not quite right (damaged or incorrect), we’ve got you covered! Just snap a photo of the item and email it to support@emeliafashionstore.com, and we’ll sort it out for you ASAP.

Order Delays
