Return Window
If you change your mind, you’ve got 30 days from the date of delivery to start a return. Just drop us an email at support@emeliafashionstore.com, and we’ll send you a return form along with the return address. Returns won't be accepted after the 30-day return window expires.
Conditions for Return
We’re happy to accept returns as long as the items are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Keep in mind, the return shipping cost is your responsibility—but we won’t charge you any restocking fees!
Refunds
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s done — easy peasy!
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different size or colour? No worries! Just send us an email to support@emeliafashionstore.com, and we’ll help you exchange it for the perfect fit. You’ve got 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Oops! If something arrived damaged or incorrect, don’t stress. Simply send a photo of the item to support@emeliafashionstore.com, and we’ll make it right.
Order Cancellations
If you’ve had a change of heart, email us at support@emeliafashionstore.com before your order ships, and we’ll cancel it for you. If it’s already on its way, just follow the return process once you’ve received it.
